We are thinkers…

…the think tanks of our community, for our community. 

Our thoughts can shape our feelings, and can shape our actions. No matter where we go or what we do, we live our entire life within the confines of our head. 

Masterpieces are not single and solitary births. 

When we start thinking of pressure, it is because we’ve started to think of failure. Are we pressure cookers? Nopes… 

No problem can withstand the assault of sustained thinking. Clear thinking requires courage rather than intelligence. 

The whole of science is nothing more than a refinement of everyday thinking. 

We begin challenging our assumptions. Our assumptions are our windows on the world. We scrub them off every once in a while, or the light won’t come in. 

Mental fight means thinking against the current, not with it. Yup! It is our business to puncture gas bags and discover the seeds of truth. 

People demand freedom of speech of thought which they seldom use. Come on, Man! Let;’s grow up!

Thinking is actually done by the heart which first dictates the conclusion, then commands the head to provide the reasoning that will defend it. It rocks!

WE PERSERVE

…to either find a way or make one. 

When you come to the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on. Everything will be okay in the end. If it;s not okay, it’s not the end. 

Every Hallmarkite wants to leave the mark of his will, his signature, on important acts he touches. This is not the voice of ego, but of the human spirit, rising up and declaring that it has something to contribute to the solution of the hardest problems, no matter how vexing!

For Hallmarkites, winning isn’t something that happens suddenly on the field when the whistle blows and the crowds roar. Winning is something that builds physically and mentally everyday that we can train ourselves and every night that we dream. 

Hard work and togetherness go hand in hand to win week in and week out. We need togetherness because we don’t always win, and we gotta hang on together.

Yeah Sure! We want to be a know-it-all. We want to know about all kinds of things- ancient history, nineteenth century mathematics, current manufacturing techniques, hog futures. Because we never knew when these ideas might come together to form a new idea. 

We are courageous, fearless and willing to make silly mistakes. We think crazy, break habits, act on innovative approaches, leave the city of our comfort and go into the wilderness of our intuition. We roll a red carpet welcome to an unexpected creation. 

WE DISCOVER

We are the master chefs of our lives who take the same ingredients as everyone else, but astonish everyone with awesome upshots. 

We experience the essence of all education at Hallmark is to shatter the imaginary limits that inhibit our possibilities for aliveness, achievement, love and joy to facilitate our discovering how much more we are capable of than we ordinarily recognize. 

We challenge ourselves to unfold our myths for self-discovery. 

Our strength lies in our ability to help our students redefine themselves and discover an untapped energy that fuels ideas, innovation, stability and growth.

Those who bring sunshine into the lives of others cannot keep it themselves. It is the artist who realises that there is a supreme force above him and works gladly away as a small appreciation under Lord’s heaven.

We let smiles and laughter be our umbrella to enjoy each day to its fullest. At Hallmark, we never underestimate the power of humour to inspire greater resilience as well as innovation. 

Talent is always conscious of its abundance and does not object to sharing, Democracy must be built through open societies that share information. When there is sharing of power, there is enlightenment. When there is constructive debate, there are solutions.

We find peace not by trying to escape our struggle, but by confronting it audaciously. We don’t descend in denial, but rise in victory.

…our journey from innocence to wisdom. 

The more we praise and celebrate our life, the more there is in life to celebrate. Each day holds a surprise. But only if we expect it, we can see, hear, or feel it when it comes to us. Let’s not be afraid to receive each day’s surprise, whether it comes to us as sorrow or as joy. It will open a new place in our hearts, a place where we can welcome new friends and celebrate our shared humanity.
